   All quotes provided by Lake Area Tree Service are based on the information supplied by the client and are subject to change upon inspection of the property. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the job, accessibility, and any unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to adjust the price if additional work is required or requested by the client.
3. Payment Terms
   Payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon services, unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A late payment fee may be assessed for invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
   If you need to cancel or reschedule our services, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Lake Area Tree Service and will depend on the nature of the service and the reason for the refund request.
5. Property Access and Damage
   By engaging our services, you grant Lake Area Tree Service and its employees access to your property to perform the agreed-upon work. We will take all reasonable precautions to minimize damage to your property, but some minor damage to landscaping or surrounding areas may occur during the course of our work. We will not be held liable for any such damage unless it is due to our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Liability and Insurance
   Lake Area Tree Service carries liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance for our employees. However, we will not be held liable for any damages or injuries that occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather events, unforeseen hazards, or pre-existing property conditions.

8. Governing Law

9. Dispute Resolution
   Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Edgemont, Arkansas. If a resolution cannot be reached through these methods, the matter may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Cleburne County, Arkansas.

    Lake Area Tree Service reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
